Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
2. Manage site operations, subcontractors, and project teams.
3. Ensure health & safety compliance and best practices on-site.
4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
5. Monitor budgets, programme schedules, and quality control.
Requirements:
1. SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications (essential).
2. Experience managing RC frame projects, ideally in the commercial or public sector.
3. Proven track record with Tier 1 or leading main contractors.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to manage and drive project performance within programme and budget constraints.
