About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Creative Marketing Manager to join an exciting start-up, The Wellbeing Lead Academy, and work closely with our CEO to take our brand to the next level. You will be a key player behind bold campaigns, working side-by-side with the CEO as we shape and scale the vision.
This role requires creative content marketing skills and brilliant project planning and organisation, as you will be managing planned campaigns while also reacting to new opportunities in the workplace wellbeing market.
We're all about using creativity to drive business growth, and we need someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves, bring fresh ideas to the table, and make them happen. You will be creating content – including filming and producing videos – and managing the CEO's role as the face of the brand. This means coordinating their involvement in content shoots, booking and preparing them for speaking engagements, seeking out press interviews and supporting at events. You will help shape campaigns and find new ways to make our brand stand out.
There's plenty of scope to grow, take on more responsibility and make your mark as we evolve. This is your chance to shape how we promote our sector-leading Certified Wellbeing Leader career pathway and the Manbassador Programme. We are first to market with our workplace wellbeing initiatives – so there's lots to talk about, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for strategic workplace wellbeing.
