This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales support or lead generation who is motivated to drive revenue and build long-term client relationships. You'll be responsible for identifying new leads, generating appointments, supporting customers with quotations, and providing product support in a technical sales environment. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads and sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking Arrange and manage appointments for the sales team Provide quotations, process orders, and support customers with product information Maintain CRM records and manage customer accounts Support the delivery of sales targets and revenue growth Collaborate with colleagues across sales and production to ensure excellent customer service Essential Criteria Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar sales coordination or business development role GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or above) Customer service and sales support experience Strong telephony, written, and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems Proven track record of outbound calling and email prospecting Desirable Criteria Previous experience in manufacturing or product sales Technical product knowledge (training will be provided) Skills and Attributes Strong organisation and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team Resilient, proactive, and target-driven with a 'can-do' attitude Excellent research and active listening skills to understand customer needs Why Apply?
