* Three extra days off over the Christmas period as a gesture of goodwill
* A competitive pension scheme with generous employer contributions
* Flexibility in our ways of working – work from home, in the office, or a mix of both, depending on your role

The team

This role sits within the Content Team, part of the wider Marketing Unit. The unit is part of the Marketing, Digital and Technology Centre of Excellence, led by our Director. * You’ll join a curious, supportive team that loves sharing ideas and experimenting with new formats.

What you’ll do

* Manage an annual multi‑media plan to create and deliver high‑impact, social‑first content that brings our brand and purpose to life (think explainers, carousels, reels, and behind‑the‑scenes footage).
* Help us connect with audiences in fresh, engaging ways across LinkedIn, Facebook and more.

What you’ll bring

* You’re already in a marketing role and ready to take the next step.
* You’re plugged into trends, know how to hook viewers fast, and use AI tools to boost creativity and speed.
* You’re passionate about creating social‑first, insight‑driven, culturally relevant content. For more information, please see job description.
