Location: Field based role covering - Widnes, St Helens and Birkenhead

Job Purpose
To drive profitable sales growth by actively winning new business, developing key customer relationships and consistently exceeding performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Building powerful relationships with existing customer's and becoming their go-to partner.
Actively hunting for new business opportunities and opening doors across your territory.
Driving sales performance and consistently exceeding targets.
Representing the business within the local market, including customer visits.
Working closely with branch teams to deliver outstanding service.
Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
What We're Looking For
A self-starter with a genuine hunger to succeed.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and resilience.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
A strong commercial awareness with a winning mindset.
Experience in the building merchant or construction industry (ideal but not essential).
