Role Summary

As the Lead for European sales, you will:

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share and customer base across Europe.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
* Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
* Oversee daily sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
* Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
* Report on financial performance, customer satisfaction, and new business prospects to global and regional stakeholders.
* Lead Plant Health activities in the region, overseeing 2 FTEs.


Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement strategies to grow customer base and market share.
2. Manage and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
3. Foster relationships with major customers and partners.
4. Ensure operational excellence in sales activities.
5. Analyze market data to inform business decisions.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally internally and externally as a trusted advisor.


Qualifications & Expectations

* Degree in agriculture, veterinary medicine, livestock production, or related field.
* 7-10+ years of sales/business development experience in animal health and nutrition.
* Proven success selling high-value feed additives.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Business acumen in strategic planning and market analysis.
* Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and advanced animal health technologies.
