We are now looking for a Fleet & Compliance Manager to oversee the management of our vehicle fleet, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance, optimising fleet performance, and implementing best practices in safety and sustainability.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Review driver resource to match customer daily distribution plan
* Manage driver holiday allocation
* Track team and individual performance of your employees (Microlise, Tacho infringements, Contextual Speeding, Accidents )
* Track and manage attendance of your employees at individual level. Conduct welfare reviews
* Manage accident investigation and retraining/formal sanctions if required
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* 1 year experience of team management
* Knowledge of health & safety requirements
* Computer literate
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience within a transport environment
