BYD UK is seeking a HRBP to support our rapidly expanding passenger vehicle business team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & On-boarding

o Assist in hiring process and new employee on-boarding

o Support employee off-boarding procedures
* Training & Development
*
o Help organize training sessions
* HR Administration
*
o Support HR budget and report preparation
*
o Maintain employee records
* Position Management
* -Assist with internal job transfer and promotions
* Team Atmosphere Building
*
o Lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
*
o Organize team building activities
*
o Support the creation of a strong company culture
* Performance Management
*
o Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation systems
* General HR Support
*
o Provide administrative assistance to HR team
*
o Contribute to HR process improvements
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* At least 2 year of experience in similar HR role
* Knowledge of UK employment laws
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
* CIPD qualification preferred
