Sellick Partnership is working with a well-established and respected law firm in Shrewsbury, seeking a Family Solicitor to join their supportive and collaborative family law team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career solicitor to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of family law matters, working alongside experienced lawyers and developing your expertise.Key Responsibilities:Managing a varied caseload under supervision, including:Divorce and separationFinancial settlements and disputesChildren's law matters, including private law casesDrafting agreements such as pre- and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreementsProviding excellent client care and clear communication throughout casesAssisting with legal research, document preparation, and case managementSupporting senior solicitors on complex mattersParticipating in business development and networking activitiesAbout You:Qualified Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) with family law experienceStrong interest in developing a career in family lawExcellent communication and client management skillsOrganised, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaborativelyWillingness to learn and develop technical expertiseExperience with Resolution or interest in pursuing accreditation is advantageousIn return, the firm offers a competitive salary, high-quality work, excellent mentoring, hybrid working options, and opportunities for long-term career progression.If you'd like to find out more about this opportunity, please contact Aimee Mann at Sellick Partnership.
