Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders is seeking a Property Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Sudbury. Experience is beneficial but not essential. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords, assisting with inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring a smooth tenancy process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent telephone and written communication throughout the tenancy.
* Accept and understand tenants' maintenance requirements, offering triage to resolve issues.
* If unresolved, communicate with the landlord with a solution and arrange works with contractors.
* Update all parties regularly via phone, email, or text, and log notes.
* Make regular 'well-being' calls to landlords.
* Coordinate with the property management team to ensure works are completed and invoiced within 21 days, updating customers on progress.
* Ensure all properties comply with mandatory legislation and company policies.
* Work with Property Inventory Clerks for inspections and communication with landlords and tenants.
* Contact managed landlords and tenants 2 weeks prior to vacation to explain check-out procedures.
* Handle non-managed deposits under the No Deposit Scheme.
* Follow the check-out process and communicate via the Depositary site.
* Collaborate with team leaders and branch network to understand reasons for lost units.
* Maintain high communication levels with internal and external customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Professional telephone manner
* Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
* Full UK Driving License required
