 
        
        Elliot Scott Group are looking for an experienced Senior Chef on behalf of our client, based in Liverpool.
Please note that this is Monday-Friday long term role, with hours 0800-1700
Purpose:
To organise and control all aspects of the Kitchen and food operation looking for new ways to enhance the offer to the customer while maintain the profitability of the business
To supervise and control all aspects of the production of meals within budgetary guidelines and to comply with the client, company and statutory regulations
To be proactive in the engagement of customers and adapting the offer to suit their needs providing an opportunity to maximise revenue
Requirements
 * Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
 * Level 2 or equivalent qualifications in food preparation and production
 * Minimum 2 years people management skills
 * Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate
 * Valid DBS certificate
 * 3 years employment history proof
