NJR Recruitment is pleased to be representing a highly regarded Independent Financial Advisory firm with an office based in Chorley. Due to the upcoming retirement of a long-standing team member, our client is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their professional and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to become a key part of a well-established business, working closely with the Financial Adviser in the Chorley office.
About the Role:You'll act as the sole administrator in the Chorley office initially, taking ownership of client servicing, platform/provider communication, and back-office system administration. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, as is experience working within a financial planning/IFA environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management" Handle client queries professionally via phone, email, and in-person" Manage onboarding documents and ensure smooth client interactions" Coordinate client appointments and review meetings
Administrative Support" Provide full admin support to the Financial Adviser" Work with providers/platforms and maintain accurate records in CRM (Intelligent Office)" Prepare client reports, meeting packs, and correspondence
Diary & Schedule Coordination" Manage the adviser's diary and schedule meetings efficiently
Office Management" Maintain day-to-day office operations and manage supplies" Ensure a welcoming and professional front-of-house environment
Requirements:" Minimum 3 years' experience in an IFA / financial planning admin role" Confident liaising with clients and product providers" Familiarity with platforms, providers, and CRM systems (Intelligent Office preferred)" Strong organisational and communication skills" Ability to manage office operations independently
