Join the Credit Administrator role at HarperCollins Publishers. This is a full‑time, 2‑year contract within the Supply Chain Credit Management team, reporting to a Credit Management Team Manager.
Job Purpose
Support the Credit Management team with all aspects of administration and project work.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of processing within credit management
* Manage all aspects of cash management
* Accurately resolve dispute and cash management queries
* Ensure all KPIs are met
* Identify potential queries and issues
* Perform ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
* Ability to meet deadlines as directed by Team Manager
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good Excel skills
* Good time management
