Additional hours may also be available to cover annual leave and sickness. Hourly pay rate: £15 per hour - We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistants/Support Workers to join a supportive home-based team supporting a young autistic man in Uckfield. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of an intelligent and engaging young man with autism, associated learning difficulties, and global developmental delay. He is pre-verbal and communicates using an AAC device, so patience, consistency, and a willingness to learn communication strategies are essential. No prior care experience is required — full training and ongoing support will be provided.
