Skanska Building Services are a leader in facilities management, trusted by top-tier clients across critical sectors, incl Defence, Education and healthcare. Right now, we're looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to supervise maintenance and Fault Analysis of Mechanical Building Operations
What you'll do:
1. Review health & status of critical building systems / report on site resilience
2. Issue and manage planned and reactive maintenance tasks in line with contract requirements
3. Complete planned & reactive maintenance tasks in line with contract requirements
4. Additional requests and project tasks
5. Deliver cost savings through identification & implementation of process efficiencies
6. Sub contractor management including review of works delivered
7. Management of team and individual H & S as per Skanska
8. processes
9. Attend site in a timely manner as participant in the site Call out rota
What you'll you'll do:
10. Minimum of Mechanical/Electrical City & Guilds level 2, NVQ level 3
11. Experience working in an FM/Building services environment
12. Experience of BMS and critical building systems
13. IOSH managing safely / NEBOSH
14. Experience of managing / leading engineers & Sub contractors
