Studio Administrator
Central London | Full-time | On-site
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Studio Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced creative studio based in London.
This is a varied role sitting at the centre of the studio, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while working closely with leadership and the wider team.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing the day-to-day administration and organisation of the studio
* Coordinating shipments, courier logistics and sample tracking
* Managing invoicing, purchase orders and financial documentation
* Supporting development and production teams with administrative processes
* Assisting the Founder with diary coordination, travel arrangements and general administrative support
* Assisting with internal meetings, travel arrangements and studio logistics
* Maintaining studio supplies, organisation and operational efficiency
* Providing administrative support to leadership and the wider team
* Supporting occasional travel related to client fittings or studio activities
We are looking for someone who:
* Has excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly strong Excel capability
* Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Is operationally savvy and confident managing studio processes and administration
* Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic studio environment
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Is confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
* Has experience dealing with UHNWI
Salary: up to £45,000 depending on experience
