What You Will Do
* Manage a defined caseload of adults with diverse and complex mental health needs.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and risk evaluations under the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
* Develop and implement individualised care plans that promote recovery, independence, and wellbeing.
* Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions to support service users’ mental health recovery journeys.
* Collaborate with families, carers, and professionals across health and social care.
* Participate in MDT meetings and contribute to case discussions and service development.
* Respond to mental health crises, ensuring appropriate risk management and safeguarding processes are followed.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation on electronic systems.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and students, supporting their professional growth.
* Engage in clinical supervision and reflective practice to ensure continuous improvement and NMC compliance.
