A leading organisation in Bristol is offering the opportunity an experienced
HR Project Manager
to join their team on an initial 12-month contract. You'll deliver key HR initiatives as part of a complex organisational change programme, including a TUPE project. In the role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth transitions, alignment of HR processes, effective change management, strong stakeholder engagement and effective provision of guidance and support to HR teams through the transitions.
Requirements for the contract HR Project Manager
* Proven experience delivering HR projects within complex change programmes
* Strong knowledge of TUPE regulations, employment law and HR best practice
* Demonstrable experience leading benefit alignment and change management programmes
* Experience within financial services is desireable
