Our client is a well-established, leading Legal 500 law firm based in Bournemouth, Dorset that is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to support experienced fee-earners within a busy team. Your duties will include: Assisting with all aspects of file and case handling, including checking Leases Preparing and checking legal documents to include drafting of wide range of documents including Leases, Transfers and Report on Title General audio/copy typing and dealing with client enquiries Preparation of stamp duty forms Assisting other fee earners with their files Completing land registry applications and conducting searches Overseeing complex exchanges and completions You will join a well-respected firm at a significant time in its development. You will benefit from working within a friendly team that prides itself on being meticulous and hard-working. In order to be considered for this role, you must have 1 year’s experience as a Paralegal or your application will not be considered. You must also have experience in either Residential Conveyancing or Commercial Property within a law firm to apply.
