An award-winning business who are a leading technology business are seeking a Facilities Manager based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, to oversee 4 sites which are all in a walkable distance —Admin, Marketing, Engineering, and a newly acquired office space. As a Facilities Manager, you will: Ensure the smooth operation of all facilities Oversee maintenance, health & safety, and compliance. Be confident in working across multiple sites Coordinate with contractors and internal teams Be a good communicator Experience required for Facilities Manager role Experience with engineering sites is preferred due to the nature of the business NEBOSH or Health & Safety qualifications are a plus.
