Our Public Sector Client based in Tyne & Wear requires a Job Evaluation People Partner.
Reporting to the Job Evaluation Consultant the post holder will analyse, design and evaluate job roles across the Service to support fair and equitable pay structures, ensuring job information is accurate, up to date and compliant with the job evaluation scheme and employment legislation.
The role is due to run through to August of 2026, with an hourly rate of £21.52 per hour.
This role will provide a high quality, customer focused people management service, including providing advice and support to managers and employees in line with professional standards, organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Line management responsibility of a designated Advisor and / or Co-ordinator, allocating and quality checking work, addressing issues promptly and ensuring adequate training and support is in place.
Interpret, coach and guide people managers in the application of the Service's job evaluation scheme and the associated people management policies and practices to ensure fair, consistent application in line with policy, legislative requirements and organisational culture ensuring effective governance, legal compliance and mitigating all aspects of associated risk.
