BP Operations Analyst – Newcastle upon Tyne
We are seeking an HRBP Operations Analyst to join a fast-paced, high-performing People function supporting a global, technology-driven organisation. This role sits at the heart of HR delivery, working closely with High-Impact HR Business Partners and HR Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of core HR processes and an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and people matters
* Support High-Impact HR Business Partners in delivering talent management cycles, including performance and year-end processes
* Manage sensitive employee relations matters including performance, conduct, and absence cases
* Deliver core HR processes such as onboarding, internal moves, training requests, and exits
* Ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience across all HR touchpoints
* Contribute to HR initiatives including policy updates, engagement activity, and process improvements
* Take ownership of HR projects across specific business areas and deliver ad hoc reporting and insights
What we’re looking for
* Ideally degree educated with 3–5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or HR Analyst role
* Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving ability
* Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities
* Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
