Job Description
The Claims Team Manager will:
* Drive performance against targets, KPIs, and SLAs.
* Manage the operational performance of the large loss casualty fraud team.
* Ensure financial performance for clients while maintaining high-quality service.
* Implement SOPs and deliver operational excellence.
The Successful Applicant
The Claims Team Manager should be:
* A solicitor with at least 4 PQE with extensive experience in claims management or operational leadership.
* Familiar with driving team performance and managing large loss casualty fraud cases.
* Experienced in managing KPIs, SLAs, and targets within a legal environment.
