This role provides hands-on technical development, direct mentorship, and exposure to all stages of the design lifecycle.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with mechanical calculations, drawings, and technical documentationSupporting the use of Revit and IES (training will be provided)Helping prepare design schedules, specifications, and reportsWorking alongside senior engineers to understand design standards and complianceGaining exposure to client meetings, coordination, and project deliverySupporting project teams across multiple sectorsThis is an office-based position with structured progression pathways.What you'll need to succeedYou will need a genuine interest in building services engineering and the potential to develop quickly.
