Account Administrator – Maternity Cover (Fixed-Term Contract)
Job Type: Full-time, fixed-term maternity cover (ending upon the return of the postholder)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per year (pro rata)
Location: Remote, with occasional in-person meetups in Kettering and London

This is a fixed-term contract ending when the postholder returns. You’ll receive the same training, support, and access to opportunities as our permanent team, because great talent deserves great treatment.

Your Mission
As our Account Administrator, you’ll work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts and helping us deliver outstanding results every day.
No recruitment marketing experience? No problem. We’ll provide full training. A background in administration or customer service would be a great foundation.
You’ll be responsible for tasks including:
* Posting job adverts across various platforms.
* Pulling, preparing, and formatting client reports.
* Assisting with creating proposals and presentations.
* Running analytics to support performance optimisation.
* Setting up social campaigns and supporting proposal development.

You don’t need to be an expert just yet, but we will make you one, just bring the right attitude. We’re looking for someone who is:
