We manage IT suppliers, software licensing, and service performance across a multi-vendor environment. We ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and governance requirements. We focus on optimising costs, improving service reliability, and delivering transparent, data-driven reporting to senior stakeholders. We work closely with internal teams, external suppliers, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance to ensure effective service delivery and vendor governance.
