Quality Improvement (QI) & Patient Experience
 * Establish QI initiatives to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction.
 * Example: rolling out a patient feedback app to track satisfaction and implementing monthly QI projects (falls prevention, medicines optimisation).
Cross-functional & External Partnerships
 * Partner with Finance, HR, and Business Development to ensure clinical operations align with growth and sustainability goals.
 * Example: working with NHS commissioners and private insurers to integrate Centurion’s services into local care pathways.
