The Role
You will take ownership of finance systems and reporting processes, helping to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the business. Responsibilities include:
1. Leading the implementation, optimisation, and integration of finance systems
2. Managing and improving core financial processes
3. Purchase orders
4. Invoicing
5. Batch payments
6. Balance sheet reconciliations
7. Management fees
8. Fixed asset register
9. Intercompany reconciliations
10. Reconciling head office accounts on a monthly basis
11. Reporting entity results into the Group consolidation system
12. Designing and implementing a Group-wide purchase order process, including training for staff
13. Preparing statutory accounts for the legal entity
14. Supporting the annual budgeting process
15. Managing audit deliverables and liaising with external auditors
