Senior Commercial Manager
for our
Lower Thames Crossing
project.

What you'll be doing
As a
Senior Commercial Manager, you will report to and deputise for the Project Commercial Director on the Lower Thames Crossing Roads North, valued at over £1.2Bn. You will be Responsible for the financial management of this major, complex project through the development phase and through construction.
An ability to see bigger picture and prioritise business opportunities. Willing to take initiative to respond to market/customer requirements. Understands how economic factors that affects the construction industry. Manages the feedback of commercial data to Planning and Estimating. The ability to review tenders & cost data. To manage the preparation of Target Cost for a Project Planning Formulation of management plans for resource procurement. Application of legislation and ability to liaise with legal experts Management and reporting of Commercial Risk and Opportunity Management of disallowed cost
Who we're looking for
The Following Qualifications Are Essential
BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent Member or Fellow of RICS, ICES or CIOB
