With an awareness of resources and events in the East Midlands, you will manage and deliver your short course and make a positive impact on the careers of your attendees. You will be able to build rapport with them through an enthusiastic and confident approach to delivery. The courses are fee paying, so a focus on the customer experience and value for money is paramount. You'll receive a management fee for preparing and delivering your short course. This will be discussed and negotiated with the Short Course Manager. For more details, take a look at the role profile. We'll consider applications even if you don't meet every single one of the requirements. Next Steps If you have an idea for a short course, apply and submit your proposal as part of your application. You should refer to the guidance document below for support in writing your proposal. You will be required to explain in no more than 200 words the training course you wish to propose. You can put more than one proposal on one application. However, applications received with no proposal will not be considered. Include information on the content that will be covered in the course, who your audience will be and why someone would want to do this course, with a clear explanation of why the subject is relevant today. You can only attach two documents, so we encourage you to upload your proposal in the same document as the Cover Letter, as a Word or PDF document. This advert is part of a rolling recruitment campaign which means applications are reviewed regularly. If your course looks exciting, relevant and innovative, you'll be invited to meet with the short course team to discuss it in more detail.
