Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of cross-functional, high-impact IT and systems projects across our global operations. In this role, you will be the vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams—ensuring project success, system integrity, and business process optimization.
You will lead end-to-end delivery of technical and business systems projects, develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, act as the key liaison between technical teams and business SMEs, ensure ERP and related systems remain fully integrated and aligned to business goals, manage 3rd party software changes, maintain data and process integrity across all key platforms, build and lead cross-functional project teams, provide training and support to users pre- and post-change, and engage with senior leadership to report on project progress and align on priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of technical and business systems projects.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements:
* Proven track record in delivering complex technical projects (6+ years)
* Strong experience with ERP systems
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Comfortable operating within change control, governance, and compliance frameworks
* Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities
