This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys early shifts and takes pride in delivering high-quality breakfast service in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. Working closely with the Head and Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in ensuring guests start their day with an exceptional dining experience. The Role As Breakfast Chef, you will take responsibility for preparing and delivering both buffet and à la carte breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard, while supporting the smooth running of the kitchen. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and presenting breakfast dishes to a high standard Ensuring quality, taste and presentation meet expectations Working efficiently during busy breakfast service Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times Assisting with stock control, storage and food rotation Supporting kitchen organisation, cleaning schedules and compliance Contributing ideas for menu development and seasonal dishes Working closely with front-of-house teams to ensure a smooth service About You We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic chef with experience in a quality-led kitchen.
