Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver inspiring Engineering lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
* Use a variety of teaching methods to engage learners of all abilities
* Assess and track student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
* Contribute to departmental meetings and school events
* Support extra-curricular engineering projects or clubs (if applicable)

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong subject knowledge in Engineering and/or Design Technology
* Experience teaching in a secondary school setting preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Enthusiasm for motivating students and fostering their interest in engineering
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership
