Financial Customer Service Advisor
£22,570 up to £23,500 including bonus

Based in their legal team, you’ll will play a vital part in exploring financial hardships by gathering information, including completing affordability checks and expenditure forms to provide suitable outcomes, leaving a real positive impact on their customers to ensure their financial circumstances do not escalate any further.

Requirements to apply:
16. Must be able to start on the 15th of March 2024
17. Experience required within a customer service/sales contact centre, telephoned-based role is preferred but not essential.
18. Can attend a teams or F2F interview prior to the 5th March.
19. Strong work ethic with fantastic communicational skill
