As a Mail Sorter, you'll be working in one of our fast-paced mail centres, supporting the smooth flow of parcels, cards, and letters at the heart of Royal Mail's Christmas operation.
Your daily duties will include:
* Unloading mail and parcels from delivery vans.
* Sorting mail by hand and machine, according to postcode and destination.
* Moving mail around the warehouse using trolleys and manual handling techniques.
* Switching between tasks as required to keep everything running smoothly.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be:
* Flexible and adaptable - ready to move between roles if needed.
* Available to work 5 days out of 7 (including weekends where required).
* Punctual, dependable, and ready to work early morning shifts.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to lift bags up to 15kg.
Pay & Hours of work:
* £14.48 per hour.
* 06:30am - 14:00pm
* Based in Atherstone
