What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
1. Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
2. Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
3. Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
5. Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have:
11. Diploma or Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent in Adult Care) – essential
12. Significant experience supporting people with complex needs
13. Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
14. A positive, team-oriented attitude
