Job Duties:
* Performing Preventive Maintenance services on a variety of Commercial HVAC systems.
* Practice proper PM tasks such as coil cleaning, filter changing, belt tension, bearings, etc.
* Test and Inspect system components to identify and document deficient system components.
* Verify system performance through operational checks.
* Make needed system repairs and component replacement.
* Maintaining a high standard of mechanical maintenance practices.
* Following all safety requirements and using appropriate PPE.
* Keeping appropriate records and documentation utilizing company provided software tools.

Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience as a Commercial HVAC PM Technician, EPA Universal certification
* Valid drivers’ license
* Computer literacy
* Excellent customer service skills
* Must be able to work independently and as a team member
* Satisfactory completion of company background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report
