Responsibilities
Support the RSBi Stores and Kitchen Admin team. Manage kitchen admin processes, liaising with production and stores to provide order acknowledgements, prepare delivery notes, receive store orders, confirm delivery notes and prepare kitchen quotes. Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, providing detailed quotes, product information or resolutions. Assist in the implementation of all processes and procedures to ensure effective administration and monitoring arrangements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative duties with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and excellent organisational skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively with the RSBi Team. Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. A qualification or certification in Administration or equivalent and experience handling complaints is advantageous.
