We wish to recruit forward-thinking clinical pharmacists to join our clinical pharmacy team based at Borders General Hospital, providing services throughout NHS Borders.
You will receive training and experience in a variety of clinical services, dispensary, and aseptic services designed to meet your personal development needs.
Our friendly and experienced teams will support you as you provide pharmaceutical care to a variety of patient groups, including Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, Care of the Elderly, Cardiology, Stroke, Cancer care, Palliative care, Mental Health, and Intensive care.
You will be offered and encouraged to undertake continuous professional development using the Post Registration Foundation Training, including independent prescribing, or other further postgraduate study depending on your level of experience and needs.
This post involves being part of the on-call rota and the weekend working rota.
