The Role
Our client is a Telford-based manufacturer of consumable products, supplying into domestic and international markets. They are looking for a multiskilled mainteance engineer to join their highly skilled maintenance team on the 4/4 shift pattern. What you'll be doing
PPM and Reactive Maintenance on a wide range of mechanical and electrical machinery and equipment
Facilities maintenance and repair
Participating in the development and optimization of maintenance processes, procedures, and policies
Seek out and exploit opportunities for continuous improvement and best practice initiatives.
Optimize the performance and longevity of machinery, equipment, component parts, and tools.What you'll need
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (minimum)
17th or 18th Edition
High level of problem-solving ability
PLC Fault-finding
A minimum of 5+ years' maintenance engineering experience
A strong manufacturing background - any discipline (FMCG or similar desirable)
Able to read electrical drawings and schematics.
Knowledge of or experience working to ISO9001 standards
