Job Duties of the Tax Newly Qualified / Manager include:
* Manage and take full ownership of a diverse client portfolio
* Deliver high-quality compliance services, with involvement in advisory projects
* Conduct research into complex technical areas to support client needs
* Lead, mentor, and support the development of junior team members
* Apply strong technical knowledge to ensure accuracy and compliance across all work
What you need to be the Successful Tax Newly Qualified / Manager?
* ACA or ACCA qualified is preference
* CTA qualified or working towards it (desirable)
* Solid background in tax with experience in both compliance and advisory, particularly tax planning
* Currently operating at Tax Manager level or ready to take the next step up
* Cross-border tax experience across NI and ROI is highly desirable
* Open to candidates from Big 4 or Top 10 firms, especially those seeking broader exposure
* Will consider strong newly qualified candidates with a tax specialism, particularly those keen to grow and take ownership of building something new
