Job Title: Multi Trade
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Travelling to Ipswich, Woodbridge areas
Rate of pay: £200 per day CIS using own van
Property maintenance and refurbishment company providing repairs, compliance, fire safety, and retrofit services across sectors including housing, healthcare, education, and commercial property.
Responsibilities
* Undertake associated repairs such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting and decorating
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies, risk assessments, COSHH regulations, and safe working practices
Qualifications
* Previous experience working on contracts within social housing
* Experience working in occupied residential properties and void properties
* Multi-skilled background including latex flooring
