* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children’s Residential, or equivalent.
* Demonstrate commitment to continuing personal development.
* Experience: At least 2 years working with children in the last 5 years.
* Supervision or management experience.
* Experience working with children, young people, and their families.
* Experience working in a residential setting.
* Knowledge of multi-agency working and understanding of relevant practices.
