* Deliver a great guest experience by providing excellent food in line with our menu
* To assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with ordering requirements
* Prepare ingredients & dishes to the standard & specification
* Measure dish ingredients & portion sizes accurately
* Deal with deliveries & ensure stock rotation
* Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and Atlas standards, taking pride in the hotel and its team

* Be an active and effective team member, working together to achieve hotel goals
* Understand guest satisfaction scores and maintain a good knowledge of hotel areas of focus
