Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £35,000.00 p/a
Contract: Permanent - Full-Time

About The Role
Are you a highly organised administrator with construction industry experience? Do you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, supporting great people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a proactive Construction Project Coordinator to join our friendly, close‑knit team in Brighton. This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in helping our projects run efficiently by supporting the management team with admin across operations, invoicing, payments and compliance. As we grow, you'll have genuine opportunities to shape processes, take on increasing responsibilities, and progress into senior administrative or project management roles.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating phone and email communications and preparing refreshments when in‑person meetings take place in the office
* Coordinating fleet admin and vehicle paperwork
* Coordinating and assisting with organising training of all employees and self‑employed operatives and keeping training matrixes updated
* Coordinating retention deadlines and invoicing when they are due for all projects
* Coordinating and ordering all office supplies, including refreshments
* Coordinating the company LinkedIn
* Keeping project files and drawings organised and up to date
* Tracking labour invoices and maintaining Excel cost trackers for all projects
* Assisting with credit control and payment follow‑ups
* Assisting with estimating
* Assisting with preparation of H&S compliance documentation (Constructionline, CHAS etc.)
* Assisting the management team with ad hoc admin tasks
Modern Tools & Technology
* Cloud‑based document systems and client portals
* Modern office setup with professional workspace
* Latest Microsoft 365 suite
* Mobile‑friendly systems for site coordination
What We're Looking For
* At least 3 years of admin experience in the construction industry
* Confident with Microsoft Office 365 especially Excel, Outlook and OneDrive
* Advanced knowledge of Xero Accounting
* A natural multi‑tasker with great attention to detail
* A calm, friendly phone manner and clear written communication
* Able to follow instructions, meet deadlines and use initiative
* Excited about working in a growing, dynamic environment
