Role: Management Accountant Reports To: Bhavesh Shah, Group FInancial Controller Location: London Workplace Type: We ask all employees to work a hybrid schedule, with a minimum 2x/week in their local office, plus 1 Friday per month. You will be responsible for the production of the UK management accounts and will work closely with the business to deliver the financial reports and commercial analysis. This role will involve a level of management reporting and ad-hoc project work. This role would suit an ambitious and confident individual who can hit the ground running and add value in a short period of time. Key Responsibilities Production of management accounts for UK entity inclusive of fixed asset schedule, accruals, prepayments Calculation of Monthly and Quarterly Commission calculations across the company. Production of all cost centre P&L’s vs Budget monthly with analysis. Calculating quarterly VAT returns, Annual P11D & PSA calculations. Supporting Group Financial Controller in audit preparation and during onsite audit Monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Support overall finance team objectives, covering staff in absence and ensuring high level of internal and external customer satisfaction. Calculation and verification Revenue recognition and release using NetSuite. Multi-Currency Bank Reconciliations Key Attributes, Skills and Experience Part qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) Excellent IT skills, including Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, SUMIF) Experience of Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce would be advantageous. Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and a hands-on approach Flexible, willing to adapt and develop in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong communicator with both internal and external stakeholders Why Procurement Leaders?
