Overview

Are you serious about establishing a successful and happy career? We're looking for a Healthcare Administrator to join our hardworking team and make a difference to our clients. You will provide a wide range of administrative support to a portfolio of health and protection clients, always staying one step ahead of their needs and delivering high-quality service.


How you'll make an impact

1. Assist with servicing and renewal of nominated clients by supporting the primary consultants, including responding to queries and obtaining market quotations.
2. Troubleshoot and handle client queries efficiently and promptly.
3. Generate high-quality renewal and new business reports for colleagues.
4. Work diligently with consultants to ensure excellent service.
5. Develop and maintain professional, sustainable relationships with clients and insurers to represent clients' best interests.
6. Enhance your knowledge through Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
7. Maintain effective management information with healthcare consultants.
8. Keep a central filing system for all relevant documentation and templates.


About You

* Previous experience in health insurance or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong customer-facing experience in any sector.
* Presentable with a personable manner and confident communication skills.
* Ambitious with attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize and work independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
