The Role
As a Personal Injury Claims Handler, you’ll play a key role in supporting solicitors while also progressing your own caseload of pre- and post-litigated matters (depending on experience). This is a hands-on position offering real responsibility and clear development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting on a caseload of personal injury claims (RTA, EL/PL, or similar)
* Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements
* Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third parties
* Obtaining and reviewing medical records and evidence
* Supporting litigation processes and court deadlines
* Managing files in line with compliance and regulatory standards
About You
* Previous experience in a Personal Injury
* Strong understanding of the PI claims process
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
* Ambition to develop within a specialist legal environment
