B2B Demand Generation Manager

At The Munro Agency, we're looking for a B2B Demand Generation Manager to take the lead on growth strategies for our SaaS and technology clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, execute across multiple channels, and track performance at every stage of the funnel.
What You'll Do
* Develop and deliver growth strategies for SaaS and B2B clients, with clear ownership of MQL and pipeline targets.
* Plan, execute, and optimise demand generation campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, and marketing automation.
* Build, manage, and optimise lead nurture flows that move prospects from awareness to sales-ready.
* Partner with our content, design, and development teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
* Track, analyse, and report on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights for both clients and internal teams.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting strategies and results that demonstrate clear ROI.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience (3+ years) running B2B demand generation campaigns, ideally for SaaS or technology businesses.
* Hands-on expertise in SEO and PPC, with working knowledge of CRO, email nurture, and marketing automation.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect activity to pipeline and revenue.
* Experience with HubSpot, SharpSpring, Marketo, or similar CRM/automation tools.
* A track record of delivering measurable growth in high-growth or agency environments.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to build confidence with senior stakeholders.

Pay: £34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
