The Company
Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to appoint an Audit Director to its Guernsey office.
The Role
* Develop business plans for the Audit Practice supporting both the Department and Firm’s growth plans
* Develop and maintain strategic client relationships
* Involvement in cross-border audit and assurance assignments
* Integral part of the Firm’s quality control procedures
* Act as an ambassador of the Firm both internally and through external networking
* Execute the responsibilities of a director according to lawful and ethical standards
* Mentor and development audit staff
The Candidate
* Must be fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent)
* Responsible Individual (RI) status
* At least 10 years External Audit experience within a global accountancy firm
* Strong leadership and business development skill
